Dr. Jillianne Grayson provides psychiatric care, including medication management, therapy, and group sessions, to children, adolescents, and young adults. She takes an integrative approach, celebrating neurodiversity and affirming identities.

Rachel Durban, OTR/L, MSOT, CAS

Owner & Occupational Therapist

Rachel, an Occupational Therapist with an MS in Occupational Therapy and a background in Psychology and Sociology, has worked primarily in schools, home health, and private practice. Her passion for addressing the unmet needs of autistic adults and teens led her to deciding to focus on this niche.

Sarah Smead, LPA, HSP-PA, NCSP

Co-Owner & Psychologist

Sarah is an LPA that provides neurodivergent-affirming evaluations, consultation, & therapy for individuals ages 5 - adulthood. Sarah's collaborative approach combines evidence based assessment with a deep respect for lived experience, creating a safe space that validates identity and strengths.
