Rachel Durban, OTR/L, MSOT, CAS

Rachel, an Occupational Therapist with an MS in Occupational Therapy and a background in Psychology and Sociology, has worked primarily in schools, home health, and private practice. Her passion for addressing the unmet needs of autistic adults and teens led her to deciding to focus on this niche.

Ashlyn Baker, MA, LCMHC

Ashlyn is a licensed therapist who specializes in working with neurodivergent folks, the LGBTQ+ community, and those who have experienced trauma (for individuals and couples 18+). 

Jillianne Grayson, MD

Dr. Jillianne Grayson provides psychiatric care, including medication management, therapy, and group sessions, to children, adolescents, and young adults. She takes an integrative approach, celebrating neurodiversity and affirming identities.

Sarah Smead, LPA, HSP-PA, NCSP

Sarah brings over 16 years of experience providing neurodivergent-affirming evaluations, consultation, and therapy for individuals ages 5 through adulthood, with a deep focus on teens and adults. Specializing in autism, ADHD, learning differences, anxiety, and executive functioning, her background spans the UNC TEACCH Autism Program and school psychology. Sarah’s collaborative approach combines evidence-based assessment with a deep respect for lived experience, creating a safe, mask-free space that honors individual strengths, validates identity, and provides clear, practical next steps.
