Rozelle Gipson, M.S.

LCMHCA

Neurodivergent-Affirming Coach | Founder

Rozelle K. Gipson is the founder of Through Different Lens Coaching, where she supports neurodivergent adults and parents in creating lives that feel more sustainable, authentic, and aligned with who they are. Her work is rooted in curiosity, compassion, lived experience, and practical support.

Rozelle’s coaching style is collaborative, honest, flexible, and encouraging. She works with individuals navigating ADHD, Autism, PDA, AuDHD, burnout, overwhelm, executive functioning, parenting, identity shifts, and self-trust. Her approach is not about forcing people into systems that do not fit; it is about exploring accommodations and what is most helpful for each individual’s real life, capacity, values, and nervous system.

As a parent of a neurodivergent child and someone who understands the experience of late-diagnosed AuDHD, Rozelle brings both personal and professional insight into her work. She believes support should feel affirming, realistic, and human  meeting people where they are while gently helping them move toward clarity, growth, and self-acceptance.
