Tal Brafford, BS, MA

Therapist (LCMHCA)

Tal has experience primarily with adults, 18-75 years old, and have worked with those navigating anxiety, trauma, body image, life transitions, codependency, and gender, sexual, and neurodiversity exploration. They are open to working with older teens and couples work. They are operating from DBT, ACT, IFS and Somatic approaches. They are in the process of credentialing with BCBS, Aetna, and Medcost, with limited sliding scale availability remaining. They see clients in person and virtually Tues, Wed, Fri in person at their office in Plaza Midwood, and virtually only on Thurs. Their identities include queer, non-binary, and neurodivergent. Tal enjoys being outdoors, gardening, hiking, running, and rock climbing. They love watching sports, reading non-fiction, jigsaw puzzles, and playing music.
